2. What this site is

This site publishes comparisons of dietary supplements sold by other companies. We do not sell these products. We take no orders, no payments and no returns. Every purchase is a contract between you and the seller whose site you buy on, under that seller's own terms.

3. Advertising disclosure

We are paid a commission when a reader buys through certain links on this site. Where a link earns us a commission, the page says so. Some links on this site are plain references to a maker's own site and earn us nothing; those are labeled too. Commission does not change the price you pay.

Being paid on one product and not another is a real conflict of interest, which is why every figure we publish names the page it was read from and the date it was read, so you can check it against the seller's own page.

4. No medical advice

Nothing on this site is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and nothing here is a substitute for speaking to a qualified health professional. Talk to your doctor before starting any supplement, particularly if you are pregnant or nursing, take medication, or have a medical condition.

5. Prices, availability and accuracy

Prices, bundles, shipping charges, guarantee terms and ingredient listings are read from each seller's own page on the date stated on our page. Sellers change these without notice. Always read the seller's current page and the final checkout screen before you buy: that screen, not ours, is what you are agreeing to.

We correct mistakes when we find them, but we do not promise that every figure is current at the moment you read it.

6. Links to other sites

We link to sellers and manufacturers. We do not control those sites, we are not responsible for their content, their claims or their conduct, and a link is not an endorsement of everything on the page it points to.

7. No warranty and limitation of liability

This site is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this site or from any purchase made from a third party.
